Get involved, come...

Everything PAC accomplishes depends on parent and community support.

Participating is a great way to get involved, volunteer, or just learn about what's going on at Hawks View Elementary.

Why have a PAC?

Hawks View Elementary Parent Advisory Committee is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the school community and learning environment!

PAC holds two annual fundraisers, Fun Run (in the fall) and Carnival (in the spring). The funds raised from these events go directly back into the school which in turn supports Hawks View students, teachers, school staff, and programs. Members meet monthly and do everything from planning fundraisers to coordinating volunteer efforts to support Hawks View teachers and staff. Whether you have a lot or just a little time to give, we have volunteer opportunities to fit everyone. From running the Facebook grade level groups to popping popcorn once a month, there is a place for you.

Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend monthly PAC meetings! Click HERE to open a pdf of our PAC Calendar!

Ready to sign up?

We can't wait to meet you in person! There are a few things we need you do to before we can put you to work, please see "Volunteering at Hawks View is easy - just follow these simple steps" section by scrolling down.

Every volunteer in the Sherwood School District must have a criminal background check completed on a yearly basis. It can take 7-10 business days to complete the process, so if you would like to volunteer for specific event or date, please plan ahead!

HelpCounter (our volunteer management software) has a "Mobile Volunteer Portal". Most of us just call it an app. Click the links below and get volunteering today!

Thank you to all the volunteers that make Hawks View a great place! Your interest in our children's education is priceless!
